The working principle of
Pressure swing adsorption nitrogen equipment is the carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, using the principle of pressure swing adsorption to obtain nitrogen equipment. Under A certain pressure, the use of oxygen in the air, nitrogen in carbon molecular sieve adsorption on the surface of the differences, namely carbon molecular sieve on the diffusion of oxygen adsorption than nitrogen, through programmable control of pneumatic valve opening and closing, alternate cycle, achieve A, B two tower pressure adsorption and vacuum stripping process, complete separation of oxygen and nitrogen, get high purity nitrogen.

1.The whole machine runs reliably
The organic combination of advanced nitrogen production process design, patented gas distribution structure, patented composite bed structure adsorption tower, unique carbon molecular sieve filling process, special carbon molecular sieve protection measures and automatic cylinder compression compensation device makes the normal service life of nitrogen production machine reach more than 10 years.
2. Continuous production is stable
The imported PLC control system and the imported pneumatic valve with a switching life of 3 million times are adopted to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the device with high efficiency and durability.

◆Mixer optional touch screen control system, using the human interface design, have shown more function, can online shows that nitrogen gas purity, flow, pressure, fault signal parameters, and can change operation parameters online, with remote monitoring, remote transmission signal, and remote key functions, high degree of automation, simple operation, can realize automatic unattended operation, and can be spreading and user DCS system;
◆ optional computer industrial computer control system, easy to operate, intuitive display, can achieve remote monitoring;
◆ unique online analog control display screen, online display system process and valve switching status, intuitive and convenient, strong monitoring.
4.Nitrogen is stable in quality
Ammonia gas flow and pressure adjustable adsorption process, equipped with automatic interlock vent device, to ensure nitrogen yield purity, pressure long-term stability.
5.Low operating cost
Compared with other methods (including cryogenic nitrogen, membrane nitrogen, liquid nitrogen, and cylinder nitrogen), PSA nitrogen production is less costly in small and medium-sized devices.
