SYD freeze-drying machine
The working principle of
Freeze-drying machine is a kind of equipment that USES the principle of freezing dehumidification to dry the compressed air. It adopts high-quality imported components with reliable performance, stable operation, low noise, little energy consumption and no basic installation. Therefore, it is widely used.
Pneumatic system
The compressed air is cooled to 2℃~10℃ by the high-efficiency precooler 3 and evaporator 4, and then enters the gas-water separator 6 to remove the condensed water. Finally, it returns to the high-efficiency precooler for reheating. After recovering part of the heat, the compressed air with stable dewpoint can be obtained and the pipe condensation can be effectively prevented.
Refrigerant system
The refrigerant is pressurized in 18 refrigeration compressors, cooled by condenser 9 or 24, and then converted into cryogenic liquid by 12 into evaporator 4, which absorbs the heat in the compressed air and then vaporizes, and then enters the refrigeration compressor after the gas-liquid separator for cyclic compression.

4.Advanced control system
●Intelligent cold dryer adopts German Siemens PLC controller, online LCD digital display condensation temperature, evaporation temperature, inlet and outlet temperature degree, dew point temperature (with dew point meter), with simple operation, automatic control, a variety of fault alarm, temperature control monitoring and remote control transmission advantages;
● can be controlled with air compressor.
5.Simple operation and maintenance
● electronic drain or automatic drain regular cleaning;
● regularly clean the condenser with the air gun (air cooled).
